The Oregon & SW Washington Roofers & Waterproofers Apprenticeship and Training Center provides education and training to those of the Roofing & Waterproofing industry located in the State of Oregon and four Counties of SW Washington.

Recognizing there is no substitute for quality training & apprenticeship, the OREGON & SW WASHINGTON ROOFERS & WATERPROOFERS APPRENTICESHIP & TRAINING CENTER is devoted to the idea that recruiting, mentoring, training, and continually educating roofers and waterproofers will only enhance the industry and those that are serviced by it. The JATC committee (OSWWRWATC) is continuously on the alert for ways and means to improve training methods and procedures so as to keep ahead of the ever changing industry that we are a part of. The staff of (OSWWRWATC) is constantly; (1) growing in their scope of industry knowledge, (2) better understanding the process of adult learning, and (3) quickly adaptable in their methodology of facilitating. Only by providing a dual experience of tactile and cerebral training can the industry’s workforce meet the challenges of the ever changing world of roofing and waterproofing.

Our mission is to provide quality education & training for those entering or who have entered the roofing & waterproofing industry.

For the Apprentice

The OR & SW WA Roofers & Waterproofers Apprenticeship & Training Center has provided the forms necessary to either fill out and fax, scan, and/or email back to us.

Both versions are acceptable but for PDF (Photo Digital Format) - you will need to download, print it, and fill out the form. Later you will have to scan and email, or fax it back to 503-473-8182. This format may require that you have a PDF reader like “Adobe PDF reader” (this is a free download).

Microsoft Excel Spread Sheet - will require you to download and enter the hours of column ‘B’, the formulas will automatically total your hours for you. This will require that you currently own a Microsoft Excel Application 2007 or newer.
